Rebecca
celebrates 20 years in her property management career spanning from a leasing consultant to a regional director. Her accolades include successfully initiating and managing a corporate suite program expanding her company’s market, services and income. In addition, four years with a major industry publication endowed Rebecca with extensive experience as an advertising and marketing business partner. This blend of on-site, corporate and marketing experience is what makes Rebecca the ideal consultant and training expert in helping each client create their own “full house”. Rebecca is now President and “Leasing Queen” of Full House Marketing, Inc. ® in North Carolina, with offices in Raleigh and Charlotte. Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors for the Triad Apartment Association (Greensboro, NC) as Secretary after two terms on the Board of Directors of the Triangle Apartment Association (Raleigh, NC). She is actively involved in four North Carolina NAA affiliate associations and won Vendor/Supplier Team of the Year from The Triangle Apartment Association. In addition to earning her NALP and Cam designations she teaches NALP, CAM and CAPS modules throughout North Carolina. She is on the faculty of NAAEI, a graduate of their Advanced Instructor Training. Rebecca enjoys running, salsa and travel.

Jennifer joined Full House Marketing in 2001, overseeing staff placement in all the North Carolina markets and partnering with national placement organizations; she was promoted to Vice President in 2008. Her professional background includes 15 years of apartment industry experience as well as hospitality and restaurant management. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree form the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing her MBA with an HR concentration.
Jennifer loves yoga, running marathons, food, wine and is a freelance travel writer.

Christina brings a valuable blend of backgrounds to the team. She spent five years gathering unique experience in the employment industry and has useful working knowledge of the property management industry as a corporate and conventional leasing consultant and an assistant manager. Christina attended a liberal arts college in Michigan as a business major studying advertising and public relations. She joined the Full House crew in 2008 after taking time from her professional career path to be a “domestic engineer”, another valuable background in any industry.

Chris Williams joined the Full House Team in May of 2007. He is a native of Durham, North Carolina and began his career in the multi-family industry in 1991. Prior to his employment with FHM, he has worked as a property manager, maintenance supervisor as well as an apartment locator. He received his CAS designation in 2003, and completed the CAM course in 2008. Chris enjoys his diverse responsibilities at FHM, including recruiting and mentoring new hires transitioning to our industry.

Diane relocated to Cary, NC from upstate New York with her husband and three children in 1999. With over 26 years of experience in office administration and a degree in Secretarial Studies, Diane is truly “the one who gets stuff done”. In addition to overseeing the accounting program, Diane facilitates the employee benefit programs and is the “go to” gal for internal information and project results. Diane joined Full House Marketing in 2006.

Michelle earned her Bachelor Degree from UNCG, and graduated with a concentration in Marketing and Management. She came on board in 2007 and brings over 11 years of experience including new multi-family development, student housing and conventional housing. In addition to being a Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional, she holds her NC Broker’s License. She is co-chair of the IROC (Independent Rental Owners Committee) for her local apartment association. In 2008, Michelle also attended the National Apartment Association’s Advanced Instructor Training and is a faculty member of their Education Institute. Michelle is also a certified Cycle and Group Fitness Instructor.

2010 and carries the Mystery Shopping torch! Hailing from
Forest, Virginia, she has decided to make North Carolina
her new home. Noelle's previous experience includes
marketing, sales and customer service in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Her educational background includes a BFA degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian college with majors in Creative Writing, Communications, and Theatre Arts. She has interned for the St. Andrews Press, editing content and formatting nationally recognized publications, and is a published author and freelance editor. Some of Noelle's hobbies include exploring holistic health, playing piano, and writing short stories for children. |
