Leah Brewer is the founder of the original Full House Marketing®, Inc., created in 1995 in southeast Michigan. Leah began her career in multifamily housing as a leasing consultant in 1985 and was promoted through various industry positions including Assistant and Resident Manager, Leasing Director, Marketing Director and Corporate Trainer. She is in demand as a national multifamily housing speaker and designation instructor for CAM and NALP. Full House Marketing® supports five Michigan apartment associations, and Leah has served on the state association’s Board of Directors since 2003, on the Board of the Detroit chapter from 2002-2008 and volunteers her time and expertise on several committees. She is on the faculty of NAA’s Education Institute and is a Team Instructor for their Advanced Instructor Training series.

A 20 + year multifamily housing veteran, Beth has held several positions ranging from leasing consultant to property manager. Since 2006, her administrative role with Full House Marketing® provides supports for all departments in meeting their goals and serving and satisfying their clients. Beth is actively involved with the Temporary Staffing team members, providing scheduling support, direction, communicating specific client requests and resolving issues. She is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable and oversees event coordination and training registration.

Kathleen knows the Southeast Michigan apartment market well. She achieved 22 years with CORT serving multifamily clients, primarily as an account representative of both furniture sales/rentals and apartment search/referrals. She has been actively involved in the PMC of the Apartment Association of Michigan, the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association and served on the Board of the Novi Chamber of Commerce. She currently volunteers on the Education committee of the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association. Kathleen earned her BA in Business & Home Economics from Adrian College. Knowledge of the industry’s “movers and shakers” and the unique corporate cultures of individual management companies and apartment communities has been the best asset in helping these clients locate, hire and retain the best team. Offering both short-term temporary staffing and long-term permanent placement for leasing, maintenance, administration and management satisfies client’s staffing needs on many levels. She is the newest member of the Michigan team, joining early in 2008. |
