*Please read the following and check that you understand and agree to the terms. Every attempt will be made to shop a specified person if you request it. If we make and show up to an appointment with the specified person, and are passed off or the specified person is not available, the shop will continue and will be charged at the full rate noted. If we attempt to schedule an appointment with a specified person and they will not commit to a time, we will attempt to “catch” that person and proceed with the shop at the full rate.

Place your Mystery Shopping order on-line:

	$159 per apartment shop (includes telephone and in-person reports)
	$189 per new home shop (includes telephone and in-person reports). Add $10 to include audio recording of telephone shop. Note: Michigan recorded phone shops require both parties be notified. Call your local Full House Marketing® office for an authorization template.
	$39 telephone shop only (either written report or audio recording). Add $10 for both audio and written report. Note: Michigan recorded phone shops require both parties be notified. Call your local Full House Marketing® office for an authorization template.
	$35 internet shop (per internet source)

Mileage may be charged for shopping reports over 30 minutes from a Full House Marketing® office, standard current IRS mileage rates apply.
