Rebecca Rosario
Rebecca Rosario began her property management career in 1991. During her 3 year tenure, she quickly advanced through various positions including Leasing Consultant, Trouble Shooter and Corporate Leasing Trainer.

In 1994 HPC Apartment Guides, the nations' largest publisher of apartment guides, recruited Rebecca. With HPC she was given the Mid-Western regional award for outstanding sales. HPC then promoted Rebecca in 1997 to Publisher of The Greater Philadelphia/New Jersey Apartment Shoppers Guide, generating nearly two million per year in revenue.

In 1998 KORMAN Communities recruited Rebecca as their Regional Director of North Carolina. Rebecca implemented innovative leasing and resident service programs that successfully launched an aggressive corporate suite program, increasing NOI by 20%.

Rebecca's services range from advertising sales consultation for publishing companies to directing public relations for non-profit organizations. Today, Rebecca's entire focus is her work with the multi-family and new homes industries.

As a public speaker, Rebecca is enlightening and entertaining, delivering powerful education programs that are proven to produce measurable results-fast! Audiences appreciate her down-to-earth approach and find her sense of humor contagious.
